We close up windows, protect outlets and fixtures where needed, and pre-wet your plants.
Step 2: Apply the solution
A cleaning solution goes on at low pressure, working from the bottom up so it covers evenly.
Step 3: Let it work, then rinse
We give it time to break down the growth, then rinse every surface top to bottom at low pressure.
Step 4: Final rinse and walk-through
Plants get another rinse and we walk the house with you, or send photos if you're out.

Will it remove the green and black streaks on my siding?
Algae and mildew streaks usually come off with soft washing. Some stains, like rust, paint oxidation, or dripping from metal fixtures, are a different problem and may not fully come out. If we see those, we'll tell you upfront.
How long does a soft wash last?
It depends on how much shade and moisture your house gets. Sunny homes can stay clean for a long time, while shady or wooded lots may see growth return sooner. Many homeowners wash once a year to stay ahead of it.
Do I need to be home?
No. Please close all windows, bring pets inside, and move cars away from the house. We'll need access to an outdoor water spigot.
