Our story

How we went rogue!!

Rogue Flamingo is run by brothers who grew up right here. We started it in October 2026 because we saw room in Winchester for a premium exterior cleaning company: one that shows up with energy, sweats the details, and is actually fun to have around. And honestly? We have a blast doing it.

Why Winchester. Like a lot of locals, we're passionate about preserving Winchester. Well-kept homes are a big part of what makes this place feel like home, and we want to help keep it that way. Off the job, Finn and Leo run an entrepreneurs club at local high schools and build social media brands.

Why Rogue Flamingo. The flamingo was easy: it's clean, memorable, and fun. "Rogue" is how we work. When we have a plan, we execute it with 100% certainty and don't stop until the job is perfect. We want people to go rogue over our service.

What we're after. After every job, we want you to say two things: "This is the best our home has ever looked," and "Those guys are so fun to be around." Go Rogue!!

  • Finn McCarthy

    Co-founder

    Finn grew up on Aisling Hill Farm and has called Winchester home for 20 years. He started his career as a bookkeeper, went on to found Hedgehog Solutions, a CFO advisory firm in Winchester, and later founded Punchlist Advisors, where he takes blue-collar businesses to market. He spent the last year working in private equity. At Rogue Flamingo, Finn guides the business plan. He played five years of rugby at fullback (#15), his favorite restaurant in the world is Taqueria Guadalajara right here in Winchester, and he's the imaginative one of the bunch.

  • Leo McCarthy

    Co-founder & General Manager

    Leo grew up on the same Aisling Hill Farm and was born and raised in Winchester. When his older brother moved away, Leo became the farm's general manager, running a herd of cows and sheep and a flock of 200+ chickens, turkeys, and ducks. He loves being outside and the satisfying process of taking something and making it look new again. Leo played seven years of rugby and also runs the entrepreneurs club at local high schools. He's as friendly as they come, and he likes to meet customers in person.

  • Frankie McCarthy

    Chief Marketing Officer

    Frankie was also born and raised in Winchester and grew up on Aisling Hill Farm, where he was the beekeeper. He cared for 50,000+ bees every day, extracted the honey himself, and sold it to locals. He plays soccer and rugby, but his real hobby is social media: at 15, he grew his personal brand to over 30,000 followers in a single summer by sharing how he turned scrap wood into a bench in the sky. Frankie spends his free time creating content and loves every minute of it. He's the creative one, and he's behind how Rogue Flamingo shows up online.
